I appreciate the fact that you, Todd and eventually Chris kept your word with regards to payment and upfront funds and did not try to switch me on anything. At any point did I ever feel like I was being “sold” something, nor did I feel sleazy when I left. The entire process was great and if I know of anyone looking for a Nissan I will definitely refer them to Ben Mynatt.

Ben Mynatt Nissan was the first to respond to my on line inquiry. I made an appointment on line to test drive an Altima and when we arrived at the faciltiy we found the personel to be very friendly and helpful and know their product. After test driving the Altima the salesman suggested that I test drive the Maxima as I was used to driving a Lincoln Continental and found the Altima ride rough.
Friendliness, above all others in customer service. We had dealt with 3 other Nissan, 1 other Chevy, 1 other Ford and 1 other Toyota dealers and BEN MYNATT NISSAN was by far the BEST experience we had.
Kevin Murphy is simply the best. He is very kind and also very knowlegdeable of EVERY Nissan vehicle. I really was not lookig forward to buying a new car but he and Joey made the process very pleasant. I had not even considered a Murano but after listening to who I am and what I need Kevin was able to match us up perfectly. I love my Murano!Thanks to Kevin and Joey
